boneyard

Today Mommy and daddy came back from another adventure where they went to the Pima Air and Space Museum for mommy’s birthday. Mommy had to plan ahead by at least two weeks and get them clearance for the boneyard tour which is on the airfare base in Tucson. They had to get off the bus and go through security at the air force base. They took a 1.5 hour tour by bus of the over 4000 planes on site. They use these planes for parts ,reclamation recycling and reinventing. Some were being made into drones. The tour was awesome. Then they toured the different hangars and outside yard full of more than 300 planes. They heard information and stories from the guides in the hangars. They were very nice and very informative. The display with the wedding dress was very interesting. Women made their wedding dresses from parachutes! Mommy took lots of her kind of photos! They spent the entire day at the museum and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Tucson has a lot to offer and mommy and daddy have a few more days to visit more places and do more hiking. Tomorrow they are off to make their own glass tumblers.
